6063-T6 aluminum pipe has high temperature resistance. The surface of

6063 is a low alloyed Al Mg Si high plasticity alloy. It has many valuable characteristics:
1. Heat treatment strengthening, high impact toughness and insensitive to notch.
2. Excellent welding performance and corrosion resistance, no tendency of stress corrosion cracking. Among heat treatable aluminum alloys, Al Mg Si alloy is the only alloy without stress corrosion cracking.
3. After processing, the surface is very smooth and easy to anodize and stain. Its disadvantage is that after quenching, if it is parked at room temperature for a period of time, it will have an adverse impact on the strength (parking effect) in aging.
6063-T6 aluminum pipe specification general size:
One is φ 326 × 6, with an outer diameter of 326mm and a pipe wall thickness of 6.02mm.
The second is Φ 310 × 6. The outer diameter is 310mm and the pipe wall thickness is 6.03.
The third is φ 306 × 8. The outer diameter is 306mm and the pipe wall thickness is 8.0mm, which are common specifications.
